The Samsung Bespoke Jet is the flagship model in Samsung's lineup of Jet Stick vacuums, with the brand's most powerful 210-airwatt motor. Unlike cheaper models in the lineup like the Samsung Jet 90 Complete or Samsung Jet 70, it comes bundled with the brand's Integrated Cleaning Station, which sucks debris from the vacuum's dustbin into an external dirtbag inside the charging rack, making for a cleaner means of dirt disposal. It also features a unique dual-brushroll floorhead, which is meant for improved debris pickup on bare floors.

Our Verdict

N/A Bare Floor

The Samsung Bespoke Jet Vacuum is good for bare floors. While its twin brushroll floorhead can occasionally push around bulkier debris instead of sucking them up, it's still remarkably effective in clearing away smaller material as well as pet hair. It's also pretty easy to maintain, and its Cleaning Station accessory allows you to empty its dustbin without generating a cloud of dust or debris. Its bulky twin-brushroll floorhead makes it harder to maneuver than many other cordless stick vacuums and doesn't offer a noticeable performance benefit over a universal floorhead with a single bristled brushroll.

Pros
  • Cleaning Station allows you to easily empty out dustbin.
  • Comes with two batteries that can be charged simultaneously.
Cons
  • Cumbersome twin-brushroll floorhead.
N/A Low-Pile Carpet

The Samsung Bespoke Jet Vacuum is a very good option for low-pile carpet. It does a great job of clearing away pet hair as well as large and fine debris on low-pile carpet. Since it comes with two batteries, both of which you can charge at once, you can also use it for quite a while, even in more powerful suction modes. It also feels well-built and has a lightweight construction that's easy to pick up and carry, though its large and bulky floorhead does impede its maneuverability in tight spaces.

Pros
  • Cleaning Station allows you to easily empty out dustbin.
  • Comes with two batteries that can be charged simultaneously.
  • Great performance on low-pile carpet.
Cons
  • Cumbersome twin-brushroll floorhead.
  • Can get stuck on shag-pile carpeting and rug tassels.
N/A High-Pile Carpet

The Samsung Bespoke Jet Vacuum is great for cleaning high-pile carpet. It easily clears away pet hair as well as fine and large debris on this surface type. Its Cleaning Station accessory allows you to quickly dispose of any accumulated debris without creating a plume of dust. It also comes with two batteries that you can charge simultaneously, allowing you to clean for longer periods in the vacuum's max suction mode to clear away debris embedded deep in carpet fibers. Unfortunately, there's no height adjustment for its floorhead, so it can sometimes get stuck on very dense shag-pile carpeting.

Pros
  • Cleaning Station allows you to easily empty out dustbin.
  • Comes with two batteries that can be charged simultaneously.
  • Superb performance on high-pile carpet.
Cons
  • Cumbersome twin-brushroll floorhead.
  • Can get stuck on shag-pile carpeting and rug tassels.
N/A Pets

The Samsung Bespoke Jet Vacuum is a very good choice for dealing with pet hair. It easily clears away pet hair on bare floors as well as low and high-pile carpet. Its miniature turbo brush attachment, which has a unique brushroll with silicone fins bracketing hard bristles, is amazing at lifting pet hair from upholstered furniture. You can easily remove both brushrolls from its main floorhead to cut away any tangled hair. The vacuum also features a five-stage filtration system that's quite effective at sealing in fine particles, while its Cleaning Station accessory gives you a hassle-free way of emptying its dustbin.

Pros
  • Cleaning Station allows you to easily empty out dustbin.
  • Compatible with dedicated mopping attachment.
  • Five-stage filtration system.
  • Effective turbo brush attachment.
Cons
  • Terrible stain-clearing performance with default floorhead.
N/A Stairs

The Samsung Bespoke Jet Vacuum is excellent for cleaning staircases. Its cordless design ensures that you don't need to worry about tripping over an electrical cord while climbing up and down flights of stairs. You can easily reconfigure the vacuum as a handheld for cleaning small staircases but it's lightweight enough to be easily carried around even as a full-size stick vacuum, though its floorhead is quite bulky.

Pros
  • Lightweight construction.
  • Effective turbo brush attachment.
Cons
  • Cumbersome twin-brushroll floorhead.
N/A Cars

The Samsung Bespoke Jet Vacuum is a great option for vacuuming the inside of your car. Its cordless design allows you to clean all parts of your car's interior, even if you're parked far from an electrical outlet. You can easily reconfigure it as a handheld vacuum for cleaning tight spots, and it also comes with a wide assortment of tools, including a turbo brush that's very effective in lifting pet hair from upholstered surfaces and a flexible crevice tool that enables you to clean hard-to-reach areas.

Pros
  • Lightweight construction.
  • Effective turbo brush attachment.
Cons
  • Not wet-compatible.
N/A Workshop

The Samsung Bespoke Jet Vacuum isn't designed for workshop cleaning. While it delivers superb performance on bare surfaces like concrete floors and does a great job dealing with debris on low-pile rugs and carpets, it isn't meant for dealing with debris like wood or metal shavings. It also can't be used to suck up liquid spills. It does a terrible job of dealing with stains when used with its default floorhead, though it is compatible with Samsung's Spray Sweeping Brush, which you can use to scrub away dried-on dirt and debris.

Pros
  • Fantastic performance on bare floors.
  • Compatible with dedicated mopping attachment.
Cons
  • Terrible stain-clearing performance with default floorhead.
  • Not wet-compatible.
  • N/A Bare Floor

Compared To Other Vacuums

The Samsung Bespoke Jet is a high-end cordless stick vacuum. It differs from cheaper models in the Jet lineup with its included Cleaning Station, which allows you to empty its dustbin quickly and hygienically, has simultaneous charging capability for its two included batteries, and has a redesigned miniature turbo brush attachment that offers much better pet hair-cleaning performance. The twin-brushroll floorhead is also unique to the Samsung Bespoke Jet Vacuum, but unfortunately, it offers little to no benefit over simpler single-brushroll floorheads found on cheaper alternatives like the Samsung Jet 70, as it makes the vacuum significantly harder to maneuver and doesn't result in better cleaning performance on most surfaces.

If you're looking for alternatives, take a look at our list of recommendations of the best cordless stick vacuums, the best cordless vacuums, and the best vacuums for high-pile carpet.

Dyson V15 Detect

The Dyson V15 Detect is better than the Samsung Bespoke Jet. The Dyson incurs virtually no recurring costs, takes up less room when not in use, has a larger dustbin, exerts a stronger suction force at its floorhead, and performs better on bare floors and low-pile carpet. However, the Samsung performs better on high-pile carpet and comes with a cleaning station accessory that allows you to quickly empty its dustbin, making it easier to maintain. It also comes with two batteries that can be charged at the same time, giving you a much longer overall runtime. It's also fully compatible with a dedicated mopping floorhead to help deal with dried-on stains, though this attachment needs to be purchased separately.

Samsung Jet 90 Complete

The Samsung Jet 90 Complete is a better option for most people compared to the Samsung Bespoke Jet. The Jet 90 is slightly cheaper, incurs lower recurring costs, has a larger dustbin, is easier to maneuver, does a better job of cleaning debris in cracks and crevices with its fluffy brushroll, and delivers similar overall performance on bare floors and low-pile carpet. However, the Bespoke Jet does come bundled with a cleaning station accessory, which allows you to empty out its dustbin without making a mess, and two batteries that can be charged simultaneously, giving you a much longer overall runtime. The Bespoke Jet also feels better built, has a far more effective miniature turbo brush attachment, and sucks up more debris on high-pile carpet.

Dyson V11

The Samsung Bespoke Jet is better than the Dyson V11. The Samsung feels better built, weighs less, comes with two batteries that can be charged at once, giving it a longer overall runtime, and delivers better overall performance on all surface types. Its Cleaning Station accessory allows you to quickly empty its dustbin without creating a plume of dust. The Samsung is also fully compatible with a dedicated mopping floorhead for dealing with stains. However, the Dyson is easier to maneuver, takes up less room, and has an adjustable suction power slider.

Dyson V8

The Samsung Bespoke Jet is better than the Dyson V8, though the Dyson isn't a bad alternative if you're looking to spend less. The Samsung is sturdier, easier to maintain, can be used for much longer thanks to its two included batteries, and performs better on high-pile carpet. The Samsung vacuum's Cleaning Station also allows you to empty its dustbin quickly and hygienically. However, the Dyson is more maneuverable, smaller, does a better job dealing with debris in cracks and crevices, and incurs virtually no recurring costs.

Dyson V12 Detect Slim

The Samsung Bespoke Jet is slightly better than the Dyson V12 Detect Slim. The Samsung delivers superior performance on carpeted floors, feels noticeably better-built, has a larger dustbin, and comes with two batteries, giving it a total runtime almost twice that of the Dyson. It also comes bundled with a Cleaning Station accessory, which sucks debris from its dustbin into an external dirtbag inside its charging dock. Conversely, the Dyson is lighter, takes up less space, is much easier to maneuver, and performs better on bare floors.

Samsung Jet 70

The Samsung Jet 70 is definitely worth a look if you're looking for a far more affordable alternative to the Samsung Bespoke Jet. The Jet 70 takes up less room, has a much less cumbersome floorhead, weighs a little less, and delivers similarly strong performance on bare floors as well as low and high-pile carpet, despite the fact that it uses a less powerful motor and a more basic floorhead. It can also be purchased with a cleaning station accessory as part of a bundle, though this does raise its price by a significant degree. However, the Bespoke Jet comes with two batteries, giving it a much longer runtime, and has a telescopic wand that allows you to adjust its height to your preference.

LG CordZero A9 [A916, A916BM]

The Samsung Bespoke Jet is better than the LG CordZero A9. The Samsung feels better-built, hsa a slightly larger dirt compartment, and a more powerful suction motor that allows for improved debris pickup performance on carpeted floors. It also comes with a standup charging rack that doubles as a self-emptying station. Conversely, the LG is a little easier to maneuver.

Samsung Jet 60

The Samsung Bespoke Jet is better than the Samsung Jet 60, though not by a huge margin, despite the large price differential between the two. The Bespoke Jet comes with a Cleaning Station Accessory that enables you to empty its dustbin without releasing a plume of dust, though you can purchase a comparable accessory for use with the Jet 60. The Bespoke also comes with a second battery that can be charged on its separate accessory rack, allowing you to quickly swap in a new full-charged battery as soon as the one in the vacuum runs out. The Bespoke Jet's twin brushroll floorhead and more powerful 210-AW motor yield better performance on all surface types, though its bigger brushroll makes it harder to maneuver than the lighter Jet 60. The Jet 60 also has a slightly larger dustbin.

Dyson Outsize

The Samsung Bespoke Jet is better than the Dyson Outsize. The Samsung weighs less, feels sturdier, and performs noticeably better on carpeted floors. Its turbo brush attachment is also far more effective for dealing with pet hair on furniture. The Samsung also comes with an accessory rack that allows you to charge both its batteries at the same time, and while it does have a smaller dustbin than the Dyson, the Cleaning Station accessory lets you empty the Bespoke Jet's dirt compartment quickly and hygienically. However, the Dyson does do a better job clearing away debris on bare floors and in cracks and crevices when used with its fluffy floorhead.

The Samsung Bespoke Jet feels well-built. It has a slightly sturdier-feeling construction than other Samsung stick vacuums, like the Samsung Jet 90 Complete, with no evidence of squeaks or wiggles while in use and an absence of any loose-fitting joint components. The plastic used in its construction has a metallic finish, giving it a fairly premium look and feel. The vacuum's Cleaning Station also feels very solid, with a dense plastic construction.

Setting up the Samsung Bespoke Jet Vacuum is simple. You can quickly clip on the vacuum's wand and any other accessories. Setup for the Clean Station is also very simple, with quickly accessible dirtbags and filters.

Samsung Bespoke Jet Brushroll Cleaning Video Sample

The Samsung Bespoke Jet Vacuum is very easy to maintain. While quite a few parts need to be removed and serviced regularly, they're all fairly easy to access.

  • Dirt compartment: You can empty out the dustbin using the Cleaning Station by resting the vacuum in its charging slot and pressing the control button to have any accumulated debris sucked out. If you'd prefer to empty it manually, you can remove the dustbin by pushing the release button near its top edge. After removing the micro filter and cyclone filter assembly, you can shake it out over a garbage can. Since it has a smaller capacity than the Samsung Jet 90 Complete, you'll need to empty it pretty often. You can also wash it with water when needed.
  • Cyclone: Twist the cyclone filter counter-clockwise against the dustbin to separate the two. When necessary, you can use the included cleaning tool to clear away any stuck-on debris. It can also be washed with water whenever you notice a significant buildup of debris
  • Micro filter: The micro filter is located above the cyclone filter and can be pulled free by its grab handle. You should tap it gently to dislodge any stuck-on debris regularly and wash it with cold water once a month. Make sure not to use any detergent or hot water to clean it.
  • HEPA filter: Twist to unlock and remove it from the main body of the vacuum, where it sits above the dirt compartment. You can remove any dust and debris from this filter as needed. You shouldn't wash it with water.
  • Jet Dual Brush floorhead: Push the button on top of the head to unlock, then slide the main brushroll out. You can remove the secondary roller by pulling up the blue release clip at the front of the floorhead. While the main brushroll does collect quite a bit of debris, it's very easy to cut away any tangled hair with a pair of scissors after pulling it free of the floorhead.
  • Motorized brush tool: Use the crevice tool to clean this part whenever you notice a buildup of debris.
  • Clean Station: The fine dust filter, located under the cleaning station, can easily be pulled free. No specific maintenance interval is given by the manufacturer. Meanwhile, the pre-motor filter, which sits just below the dirtbag in the cleaning station, should be inspected monthly. Whenever you notice a significant buildup of debris on either filter, you should shake them out to dislodge any stuck-on material.

Any part that you wash with water should be allowed to dry thoroughly, out of direct sunlight, before being put back in the vacuum. There's an LED light on the handle to indicate when there's a clog, brushroll obstruction, missing filter, or when the vacuum isn't assembled properly.

The Samsung Bespoke Jet does incur higher recurring costs than alternatives like the Samsung Jet 90, mainly as a result of the disposable dirtbags that go inside its Cleaning Station.

  • HEPA Filter: No replacement interval is given for the HEPA filter. However, even if you clean the filter according to the manufacturer's recommendations, it's recommended that you swap in a new one if you notice a decrease in vacuum performance.
  • Micro Filter: No replacement interval is given for the vacuum's micro filter. However, even if you clean the filter according to the manufacturer's recommendations, it's recommended that you swap in a new one if you notice a decrease in vacuum performance.
  • Cleaning Station HEPA Filter: No replacement interval is given for the Cleaning station's HEPA filter.
  • Cleaning Station Pre-Motor Filter: No replacement interval is given for the Cleaning Station's pre-motor filter.
  • Cleaning Station Dirtbags: You should buy a new dirtbag for the cleaning station once it's filled. You can buy replacement dirtbags in packs of five here.

Note: Currently, aside from the Cleaning Station dirtbags, no replacement parts for the Samsung Bespoke Jet are listed on the manufacturer's website. We'll update this review once these parts are available.

The Samsung Bespoke Jet Vacuum has excellent battery performance. It comes with two 2200 mAH batteries, both of which you can charge at the same time, with one on the Cleaning station with the vacuum and the other being on the Accessory Cradle. This ensures that you won't need to wait for one battery to recharge while using the other. A single battery pack yields more than an hour of runtime in the vacuum's least powerful suction mode, which gives you ample time for spot-cleaning lightweight debris. You'll need to work faster when cleaning more stubborn messes, as using the vacuum in its high-power 'JET' mode cuts its runtime on a single battery to 10 minutes.

Generally speaking, you can expect about 25 minutes of use on a single battery when using the vacuum in its default 'MID' mode with its Jet Dual Brush floorhead.

The Samsung Bespoke Jet Vacuum comes with a couple of attachments. There's a combination upholstery tool/soft-bristle brush for cleaning furniture or delicate surfaces, a flexible crevice tool that you can use for cleaning tight spaces or hard-to-reach areas like ceiling fans, and a miniature turbo brush for dealing with pet hair, which features a brushroll with silicone fins sandwiching lines of cleaning bristles. The vacuum's Jet Dual Brush floorhead has a secondary soft roller at its leading edge, but unlike the main brushroll, it isn't powered.

This vacuum is also compatible with a couple of other attachments. You can use the vacuum with the Slim Action Brush, a single-brushroll floorhead with a smaller overall profile. While you can buy this floorhead with the vacuum as part of a bundle in some overseas markets, North American buyers need to purchase this attachment separately.

The Samsung Bespoke Jet is also compatible with the Spray Spinning Sweeper attachment, a floorhead with a detergent dispersal nozzle, and a pair of rotating mop pads to saturate and scrub away dried-on stains on hard surfaces. You can use either disposable wet mop pads or washable dry mop pads on this tool. However, like the Slim Action Brush, the Spray Spinning Sweeper isn't currently available in a bundle with this vacuum and needs to be purchased separately at a significant extra cost.

The Samsung Bespoke Jet does a superb job dealing with debris on bare floors. It easily clears away smaller material like rice. While it's also very effective in dealing with bulkier debris like cereal, it's worth noting that the unpowered soft roller at the front of the floorhead tends to push larger debris out of the way instead of directing it towards the main brushroll. When using this vacuum with the Jet Dual Brush floorhead, it's best to clean up larger material by dragging the vacuum backward over the debris. If you plan on frequently cleaning bare floors with the Samsung Bespoke Jet, you should buy it with the simpler Turbo Action Brush floorhead.

Note: All testing was completed when the internal dirt compartment was empty, with the data for the 0.25L, 0.75L, and 1.5L tests being copied from the 0L test. The Samsung Bespoke Jet has decent suction power on its floorhead. Despite using a more powerful 210-airwatt motor than the Samsung Jet 70, which uses a 150-airwatt motor, it delivers less suction force at its floorhead. It's likely a result of its suction inlet being at the back of the floorhead, far from the secondary roller at the front of the vacuum, dispersing the amount of force that it can exert.

Note:The Samsung Bespoke Jet Vacuum's suction force was also measured using the Samsung Jet 90 Complete's Soft Action Brush, which increases its maximum suction power to 1.56 kPA.

However, it's considerably louder in its high-power 'JET' mode, so you should avoid using that mode for too long if you don't want to disturb people nearby. The vacuum's Clean Station also makes quite a bit of noise when you use it to suck debris from its dustbin, as seen here.

Samsung Bespoke Jet Maneuverability Video Sample

The Samsung Bespoke Jet has okay maneuverability. While the vacuum itself is pretty lightweight, the Jet Dual Brush floorhead is quite cumbersome and makes this vacuum more of a hassle to maneuver compared to the Samsung Jet 90 Complete with its smaller, lighter single-brushroll floorhead. The Jet Dual Brush floorhead also tends to get stuck on shag carpeting, even on the vacuum's lowest suction power mode, and struggles to climb over low obstacles like electrical cords. Still, its telescopic wand offers a wide range of sizing adjustments, and it's easy to swap out different tools and accessories.

The Samsung Bespoke Jet Vacuum does an excellent job cleaning up pet hair on furniture when used with its Pet Tool attachment. The unique design of this turbo brush attachment, which features silicone fins sandwiching hard plastic bristles, contributes to its improved pet hair-pickup capability compared to the turbo brush attachment included with the Samsung Jet 90 Complete.

The Samsung Bespoke Jet does a great job trapping fine particles. Like the other models in Samsung's lineup of Jet stick vacuums, it has a five-stage filtration system that the manufacturer advertises as being able to trap 99.999% of microdust particles.

Wood Cracks Post Test

The Samsung Bespoke Jet Vacuum does a reasonable job dealing with debris in cracks and crevices. The secondary soft roller at the front of the vacuum is unpowered and doesn't always rotate smoothly. Since the vacuum's suction inlet is at the back of the floorhead, far from the secondary roller, it doesn't do as well as the cheaper Samsung Jet 70 when lifting debris from cracks and crevices.

Stain Pickup Post Test

The Samsung Bespoke Jet does a terrible job dealing with dried-on stains when used with its default Jet Dual Brush floorhead. However, this vacuum is also compatible with the separately-purchased 'Spray Spinning Sweeper' floorhead, which uses a detergent dispersal feature and rotating mop pads to saturate and scrub away dried-on dirt and debris.
